1. Cancellations

- You may, however, cancel your auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
2. Refunds
- We offer refunds only under specific circumstances, such as:
- If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- If you did not receive the purchased service due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated in the purchase confirmation or within 7 working days of the transaction date (unless otherwise specified).
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
- Payments made for successfully delivered services, subscriptions, or premium features are non-refundable.
